Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service fee. However, we do understand that unexpected situations can still arise. Our Only exception to this policy is for a health crisis.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled.
To avoid charges, please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 2 days in advance. Failure to reschedule or cancel your appointment within 48hrs prior will result in your card being charged 50% of the service. Same day cancellations/No-Shows will result in your card being charged the full amount of the service.
Our office does not accept returns or provide refunds for any products purchased. All sales are final.
